Episode 26 - Paying attention to your feelings and your first responder’s feelings is important

How do you feel when your partner shares their feelings to you? Do you feel it too or do you not react to it?

When you’re inside a relationship or in a marriage, knowing your partner’s feelings is important in order for you to help them with what they’re going through or for you to understand them. But, be reminded that it is always important to understand your own feelings first so you can understand others or your partner and/or your children specifically.

Nowadays, feeling rejected in a relationship is rising and it all started when you don’t know how to understand your spouse’s feelings because they will feel unheard or not valued or appreciated unlike if you know what they’re feeling, you’ll be able to handle their feelings carefully.

Tune in and have positive feelings!
