In order for you to have a healthy and fulfilling relationship, it's important to feel certain key emotions. These include love, respect, trust, and communication. Without these feelings, it's difficult to maintain a strong bond with your partner. Feeling loved and appreciated will help you feel good about yourself and your relationship. 

Many people believe that love is the only feeling that matters in a relationship, but there are actually several feelings that are important. In this episode, I have picked two feelings to discuss and share with you:

  1. Sluggish
  2. Patient
