Episode 35 - What you need to know about feelings: Lonely and Secure

Emotions are powerful things that can fuel our actions which can lead to negative consequences if they're not managed properly. When we feel lonely, we may act out in ways that are harmful to ourselves or others. We may try to fill the emptiness with drugs, alcohol, sex, or other risky behaviors. Or, we may withdraw from the world and become isolated. On the other hand, when we feel secure, we are more likely to take risks and venture out into the world. We feel confident and able to handle whatever comes our way. It's important to be aware of these emotions and how they impact our lives so that we can manage them in healthy ways.

So, which feeling should you listen to? To know more, Episode 35 is the answer!

Happy listening!
